Ebay sales dip as it experiments with new aff program, that well has just not performed as they thought it would in fact allegedly if you have a look at the forums it looks like a ghost town.
Well, Ebay allegedly continues to nose dive against rival Amazon, one of the things that people wonder about is why?
Ebay was doing great then they hired this guy to come in and they changed everything, ever heard the old story if it aint broke, dont fix it apparently and allegedly amazon has not heard that.
As you know Ebay had a good thing going, they had millions of websites out there advertising for them, they had a lot of business coming in by these affiliates.
yet, they had to change it, they could not just let it be successful. Oh well, we were moving our traffic to ebay but now we have just lost the will to do that mostly because of the changes that ebay made that just basically stopped all commissions from coming in.
We have pulled all our PPC campaigns for ebay.
We have pulled most all of our advertising for the ebay program.
The reason is clear there is no reward, there is no reason to support ebay because of how they changed the game to benefit themselves.
They will regret this, but hey time changes, ebay used to be a good place to move your website traffic, now they are not.
So it is time to look for another company that actually pays a commission, that is the real problem these days is finding a good company that pays a commission.
