The latest version of wordpress has yet to be released, it is version 3.3 and it could cause you a lot of trouble.

In fact there are already some plugin vendors that are asking what is going on and why are they doing it.

The answer to that may not be easy to understand and in fact, in some ways it is somewhat understandable.

Because the admin section was loading the admin menu upon every single page load, and what a mess that is.

   So what is the problem and how can we fix it, again the answer to that is not known, but I can say this, it looks like it might be very difficult to design plugins, that fit into the new system.  What this means is that when a website owner or webmaster, updates their blogs, or websites, they might find that half the plugins they used to use are now not able to be accessed because the admin tool bar has changed, and the plugin does not know how to deal with that issue.

You might be tempted to say, hey, did they do this on purpose?

Who knows for sure, and to be fair this is just a beta, so were not even sure what the end result will be, one thing is clear,
Change is coming and performance, is going to be a lot better this way the downside is that we have to find a way to make
plugins work, or else you may have to abandon wordpress like a sinking ship.

The sad thing here is that most of us, just cannot afford to jump ship just because we see a giant ice burg dead ahead, though it might make sense to do that, the truth of the matter is that most of us have invested so much time and energy developing for wordpress that at this late date, the choice is to jump over board, or sink with the ship…

Sounds bad, and it might be, but we really dont know yet, what this is going to do to all the different plugins.

In fact, in the forum one plugin developer was saying hey I have been working for 5 years, and this is news to me why change this all around and you want to know the answer he received?

Tough, you should have been paying attention, we have been talking about this for months and if you were not paying attention its just too, bad, so sad, (Wow, it makes you wonder what kind of people are over there developing wordpress anyways)

its drastic and the news is out the result allegedly is a huge cut in affiliate commissions.

This is bad business and it is bad for business, just bad all the way around.

If you google, the word bad ebay commissions, you will find some disturbing news.

It looks doubtful one thing for sure, many people have jumped the Ebay ship because of the drastic changes they made in the affiliate program, in fact for the most part thousands went from making money to making nothing…

Well the results is in, the new Ebay pay for clicks is an alleged failure.

at least in our tests, it fails, for a number of reason, the least of which is metrics, but more importantly, what did they do?

Well it is obvious to us at least they took the focus from buying activities to clicking activities, and that was well just plain stupid.

We say that was stupid because you can literally spend all day clicking and never buy a thing, it is the buyers that make all the difference.

not the clickers, but ebay in yet another alleged stupid move, changed every thing up once again, and they paid an alleged very big price for doing so, but hey dont take our word for it, take a look at the cold hard numbers…

we have to ask this because it appears that this is indeed the end result, it may not have been the desired result, (cough, cough) but yes this is what it did, why change it all up, because what you see below is a result of the new “better” ebay system, I for one an looking for a better program…

This may be the eternal question, I started out learning about html, and programming, over 15 years ago, I have spent countless, hours, studying and learning, new things, I have spent literally thousands and thousands, of dollars just to get where I am at right now…

The logical end result of that statement is that you would end up right where I am at right now, typing on a keyboard and talking about your experiences, no matter where you are at in your own personal learning journey, it is what you do next that will make all the difference.

There are literally hundreds of things you should do, but what will you do?

The better question is this, are you in a position to profit?

Most likely you have heard of the old saying that you have to spend money to make money…

This is true, however what they do not tell you is that you really have to be in a position to profit from that knowledge.

You just cannot throw money against the wall and expect to make money on the idea that spending money makes money.

Most of us have already learned that hard lesson the hard way, however how do you know that you are ready to profit?

There are really, just a few surprisingly, simple steps, although these are not written in stone.

Profit Potential…  versus Profit Positioning…

The simple idea that your individual circumstance may be better suited to learn how to profit than others who may not be in a position to profit.

1.  Be able to afford a hosting account, usual price between, 10 and 30 dollars per month depending on your needs.

2.  Own and operate, a domain name, or website name.

3.  Website traffic.

If you have those things, then chances are you are in a position to profit, but that does not mean that you will profit.

If you are not in that position, then you should seriously consider putting yourself into that position.

So now you may have a little better idea of what it takes to be in the right position to profit from spending money, that spend is in the form of a website, hosting account, templates, running a website, creating content, and a huge amount of other smaller things, that just seem to keep coming, no matter what you do you seem to find that you need that one more tool to make it all work, that may be true, but often it may not be.

One good example, is a group of software users, that have designed some software that fakes traffic, What?

Yes, you heard correctly, they have a piece of software they are selling, that fakes traffic to your website, this is so that it will trick the search engines, into

thinking you are a popular site, (do you really believe that)  If you do I have some swamp land in the desert to sell you.

That is just how crazy it is out there, some people really believe that if they fake traffic to their websites, then they can make money…

Ok, if that sound just as stupid to you as it does to me, then you are in a good position to move up the ladder of profit potential.

Profit potential, the likely result that you could profit if the circumstances are right to do so.

If you are trying to profit but you have no website, or a domain name, or any skills, then you may not be in a good position to profit.

That may not be the news, you wanted to hear, but it is fair, if you are trying to make money promoting other peoples products, without having any time or

skill to bring to the table then the chances that you are not in a position, to profit is greater than the chances you could make money.

Does that mean that you will make money, No, but it does mean that your chances of success are better than your neighbors and that can make all the difference.
